Hannah Morrison

Hannah Morrison

Hannah works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating grief, trauma, chronic illness, caregiving, relational wounds, and major life transitions. She understands that experiences such as loss, illness, trauma, and significant change can impact how we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us.

Her approach is trauma-informed, relational, and integrative, drawing from Internal Family Systems, somatic approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, and other evidence-based practices. Hannah works collaboratively with clients to explore patterns, strengthen boundaries, build emotional awareness, and develop new ways of relating to themselves and others.

Hannah believes therapy is a space to better understand your story, make meaning of what you have experienced, and reconnect with yourself during seasons of change. She welcomes conversations around spirituality, faith, and meaning-making, recognizing that these questions can be an important part of grief, healing, identity, and personal growth.

Hannah is especially passionate about supporting those who are navigating life changes that leave them feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or uncertain about what comes next.
